I am 5'4" tall, weigh 150 lbs., stocky build, no gut. Size 38 chest. Red Kap size 44 is the one I prefer for warm weather use. Take your chest size and add SIX SIZES to get a comfortable fit.

Covering

The 46 Reg in gray fit perfectly (and I was quite pleased), so I thought I'd treat myself to the clearance-priced brown in the same size--and now I know why it was marked down.  The torso length is shorter--forget reaching over my head!--and the chest is smaller, so I have to lose weight and/or save it for warmer weather when I won't be wearing so much underneath.  Disappointed.  The reason(s) for the markdown should've been disclosed!!!!  (Perhaps the company has consistency issues in general; I can't make a final determination on so few purchases, but I'm not willing to try again--and probably not even on the gray, which I'd loved; my high hopes were dashed with this repeat purchase, and I don't want that outcome again.)
