The shampoo leaves my hair clean and the conditioner makes my hair shiny and tangle free.  They help my color to last between touch ups.   I absolutely love these Redken products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product smells amazing but I'm almost kind of concerned that it isn't actually redken shampoo and conditioner. I bought redken shampoo and conditioner that are in the white bottle and I compared it to this one that I just bought. The shampoo from Walmart is more watery and the conditioner has almost like air bubbles inside. Also the smell is absolutely amazing buttt the redken that I bought from the official website doesn't have as strong smell as this one. 

Granted I do have two different types but I'm sure that the consistency would be the same right? Just a different formula? I'm not sure. I love this because of the smell but almost scared to use it because I don't want my color to come out since I spent almost $400 on it.

Good but cautious

The containers for these products are horrific!  The conditioner is very thick, and getting enough out for medium length curly hair was next to impossible.  With wet hands, you can't squeeze the bottles hard enough to get the product out.  I resorted to pushing the conditioner bottle against the shower wall with all my strength to get a minimal amount out.  Plus, the products smell like bug spray.  I am going back to my Tresemme products which allow me to get four times the product for less than half the cost.  And, I can easily dispense both shampoo %26 conditioner.  I fault Redken for the difficulty of using their containers!  No product is worth this!

GOOD LUCK GETTING THE PRODUCTS OUT OF THE BOTTLES!
