I have thick frizzy hair. I have have to straighten my hair. This product protects my hair less damage and no breakage from straightening. It's not heavy like other products and doesn't leave my oily or dull.

Beautiful natural looking hair.

I have used this conditioner for years and it never disappointed. I don't bleach my hair often but it helps keep my hair, healthy, and nice even after bleaching it. It's also come in handy a couple times with my younger siblings when they have accidentally caught their hair on fire when smelling candles and such, my sister‘s hair was completely fried to a crisp and we put some conditioner on it right away and it was like new like nothing ever happened!

This is my 1st time use tonight.  My hair is extremely fine and very damaged from bleaching and heat.  Much dryness and breakage. This is very light weight in my hair. Did not weigh me down. Smells amazing and absorbed well and pretty quickly. Once it dried, or absorbed, my dry ends felt so soft and supple. I am super impressed with this product.   I applied it on just my dry hair this time. I can or imagine how much softer it will be when I apply to damp hair next time.  My new favorite product and worth every penny.

I was using Olaplex after my highlights and my hair started falling out!! The only different thing I was using was Olaplex but soo many reviews were great so I questioned myself. My hair issues continued so I decided to stop using the Olaplex 3 part system. I went back to old trusty (all soft) and after a week or two the falling stopped!! I know people will question my knowledge and history with hair care products but at 40 years old having used many products and having educated myself on each one before use, I can tell you I've seen it all. I don't usually give into fads but Olaplex really seemed magical. Even if I looked past the falling, my hair NEVER looked any better nor did I feel any difference. I stumbled upon this Redken healing system and decided to give it a try. Redken has never let me down but after my experience with Olaplex I was very skeptical. The very first use was astounding! I washed and then conditioned. While I was massaging the conditioner into my hair, my fingers literally started slipping through my hair! When I rinsed it, not only was it silky but the follicle fatness from the highlights was gone! My hair literally felt like nothing was wrong!! I was able to brush it with no tangles!! I thought maybe it was just a first time using thing but after only three uses my hair feels completely normal!! I have posted about this system in social media because it really is amazing!! I cannot say it enough, I am glad I listened to my instincts and stopped using Olaplex. Furthermore, I'm forever thankful that I found this system. If you are on the fence just give it a try, you won't be disappointed!! The picture was after my first use. I wish I had a before! My hair was a frizzy, brittle mess. The ends were so bad I was honestly thinking about cutting my hair off!! I definitely would have cut it off had it not been for this Redken system!!

OMG!

I absolutely love this entire line, it has made a huge difference in my fine thin hair. BUT the packaging needs work. I have somehow managed to cut myself 3 times while struggling to open the conditioner bottle - the sharp lip that sticks out of the lid has sliced the knuckle on both of my thumbs. If not for this issue it would definitely be 5 stars.

Love but…

So hear i am i got the wrong one, this does nothing for my hair!!!! I cant believe i paid all that money for a high $$$$ 🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑 product that does absolutely not a thing for my hair type. No I'm not saying this is a bad product. I'm saying for my kinda hair this is not working out, this just sits around in my shower taking up space because I have very long, thick hair that is also damaged. I ended up getting for one of my samples once before and I couldn't believe just how well just half of that small little pack worked for my hair. Let me tell you which ever one that was it was so well i was able to use a comb, throw my hair which I have not been able to use a comb through my hair, my whole entire life. So I am crying so badly because I cannot for the life of me.Figure out what product this is!!!!!!!!!!😭😭😭

Bought the wrong one

Left my hair feeling greasy. Also too perfumed. Threw most of it in the trash after several tries with similar results.  Very disappointed.
