Great for frizzy hair

Frizz Dismiss shampoo provides amazing frizz control.  I live in Florida where it is very humid most of the year.  This shampoo helps tame my hair so it doesn't puff up.  I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hair has never felt smoother and been less tangly than since using Redken Frizz Dismiss Shampoo, Conditioner, and Mask! I honestly wouldn't have tried these products if I hadn't been given a sample, but I am so glad I had this opportunity. I have waist long hair and have spent tons of money on products, plus have used Wen and Monat, and they don't compare. My hair has never felt so good, in my 44 years. Thank you Redken! I will be using this combo from now on. Also, we are avid motorcycle riders and my hair is not getting knotted up like it used to. My hair does not tangle. It's amazing!

Buy Redken Frizz Dismiss!!!

I was disappointed the bottle was so small for that price and it does not control the frizz. I found out you have to buy a third product on top of the shampoo and conditioner and now I'm just done.

I LOVED the old version of Frizz Dismiss shampoo and conditioner.  My hair was dry and damaged, and this stuff was the stuff that saved my hair!   I just finished up the liter  (in gold bottle) I had  of the old version of the shampoo. I loved it.    So I started using the new version (in the red bottle).  OMG... What happened Redkin?  I tried it three times, and it leaves my hair like if someone poured windex on it or something... DRY like a scarecrow...     I kept trying it thinking, well, maybe it wasn't mixed well, or something.  Couldn't believe it!   Anyway, soooo disappointed.   I can't return it, as I ordered it.  Will use it for hand soap or bubble bath... I wouldn't even give it to a friend!  The conditioner is great, but this shampoo is awful (for me).  So, now I am using another brand shampoo, but using the Redkin Frizz Dismiss conditioner - as I said that's still hydrating and nourishing.

Don't Buy

I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years, since they have changed they product and put it in red bottle my hair is a mess. My daughter and I are so disappointed, even my hairdresser who used to always recommend it is no longer recommending it. She is looking for a new product for us to use on our curly hair. I will be going online to see if I can find an older version of Frizz dismiss, praying I do. And bummed to have to throw away I've 75 bucks worth of product! (Shampoo, conditioner and rebel tame)

I was a lifelong user of cheap drugstore shampoo products until I tried the Redken Clear Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner (which is great) and realized how much of a difference a quality shampoo could make. And then I ran out of that set and decided to try a new product, because surely I could trust Redken to give me quality results. How wrong I was. This Frizz Dismiss product leaves my hair feeling absolutely disgusting. No matter how hard I try to wash it out, it leaves a greasy residue that makes my hair look oily, as if I haven't washed my hair for weeks! Even the cheapest drugstore shampoo was miles beyond this. A complete waste of money.

I purchased thinking it was just new packaging.

Noted - Redken Frizz Dismiss Shampoo is anti-frizz shampoo with a gentle, sulfate & sodium chloride free formula. 

I noticed difference as soon as I used shampoo as it foamed a lot.  Near top of ingredients - sodium Laureth sulfate.

So a sulfate free shampoo has sulfate as 2nd main ingredient.

Misrepresentation and item not as described.  

Very disappointed and will be contacting seller.

New design

I always have used Frizz Dismiss Shampoo and Conditioner on my blonde color treated hair. It was the best combo for me! It smelled great, my hair was silky, shiny, and little to no frizz even on the worst days!!! However, the next time I went to purchase it, the formula hand changed and it was no longer in the champagne colored bottle. My hair quality was significantly declined and I ended up throwing away both my shampoo and conditioner. Not only was the smell of the new formula different but it completely took all the moisture out of my hair and actually increased the frizziness of it!!! I am completely disappointed in this "re-vamp" of the products because they always were my go to!
