The Reebok® Work Sublite Cushion Work Comp Toe EH shoe has the tough durability and protective technology to keep you working at your best all day long. Style numbers: RB4038 (Grey). Mesh and microfiber upper. Lightweight work shoe with composite toe and electrical hazard protection. No exposed metal on upper. Traditional lace-up style for a preferred fit. Moisture-wicking nylon mesh lining provides added breathability and a drier foot environment. Removable footbed cushioned with MemoryTech Massage technology provides superior support and underfoot comfort. Sublite EVA midsole with rubber heel and forefoot pads promotes lightweight cushioning and soft support. Extra wide toe box design for a roomier fit. Durable rubber outsole has excellent slip, oil, chemical, heat, and abrasion resistance. The outsole is also resistant to metal chips. Outsole features full-foot flex grooves and forefoot pads for improved mobility and flex with every step. Composite toe meets ASTM F2413-11 and EH (electrical hazard) safety standards. Imported. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was used to wearing heavy boots like those from Timberland Pro's, upon purchasing these Reebok safety shoes. The comfort is night and day compared to my boots, they nearly feel like running shoes & are just as comfortable yet keep me safe

Great features

I bought these shoes for working in an ESD-protected area, and I have had them for two weeks. I can no longer use them in the ESD area. I have to wear heel straps to work in the ESD area.

Great shoe, but poor ESD protection.

New purchase and I will test them out daily.  Hope they last.

Comfortable

Reebok Work

I was looking forward to these. I have worn Reebok work footwear for the last several years. These have severely let me down. They are flat, and I cannot find an insole for anything that make them comfortable to walk or stand in. I work on a production floor, walk 7-10k steps a day, and since swapping to these, my feet ache severely after work. 
Debating what to do going forward.

Flat Insoles

Style of the shoe is nice but extremely uncomfortable. I wore shoes for about a week at work and have resorted back to my older shoes due to how uncomfortable they are.

Bought it in feb 2019 lasted till july 2019 not worth the $100 it is a great shoe but fabric/quality sucks trust me should be a $30 shoe then I'd buy over again
