Good skin care doesn't have to be expensive- I used Physicians Formula skin care and make up as preventive anti aging- this eye care is not thick and googy but very effective-

This is my 2nd purchase of this product. I use it for puffy allergy eyes, and keep it in the refrigerator. Plan to always have it on hand. Hard to impossible to find in my area, so happy that it was available at Wal Mart.  The seller (Beauty Seller Inc. in NJ) was excellent, as well- Product arrived 5 days earlier than promised

The cucumber extract felt so cooling and refreshing, it instantly made me feel more awake.  Plus, the bamboo is supposed to be super hydrating, which is a huge win for me!   I've been struggling with puffiness lately, and this really made a noticeable difference.  It's lightweight and absorbs pretty quickly, so no sticky feeling.
