Just got the iPad today came on time! an I will say from the other reviews. I was a little skeptical nevertheless, iPad turned on quick it doesn't lag. I had no problem signing into my iCloud or downloading loading apps. The iPad didn't come cracked or with any visible damage so far so good definitely worth the price

Been satisfied so far with purchase. Looks like new.  First time buying refurbished electronics.  First iPad I've owned. Have been using now for 6 weeks no issues.  Just wished it came with a users guide.  Would differently say a great value. Also I purchased a extended warranty.

Apple iPad mini 2 refurbished 16 GB WI-Fi

I am very happy with this device. It is inexpensive, and upgradable to iOS 12 which is what I need to run the apps I want to run. The condition of my device is excellent and was ready for me to add my Apple ID. Caveat for Android users, like myself: When I activated this device, Apple suddenly took over with its blasted iMessage protocol so that text messages from iPhones stopped coming to my Galaxy phone, going instead to this iPad, with a new notification popping up on my Mac to boot.  I have turned off iMessage, both on the iPad and on the Apple website. Apple has been sued over this and Web wisdom says that to settle the suit, Apple graciously runs a batch update of such iMessage changes once a month--yes, once a month! Somehow they are able to accept payments instantaneously but taking care of (mostly ex-) customers just isn't that important to them. I still don't know if I can get texts from iPhone users. This is no fault of this iPad or the seller, but buyers should know what kind of company they are getting into bed with when they buy from Apple.

Good price but it runs slow and it's messes up sometimes.

Cheap material, iOS doesn't update. Screen broke one week after we purchased it.. my son hardly dropped it on the table.. he dropped it from his hands to the table, the fall was maybe less than 10 inches and the screen shattered. Fixing the screen cost more than the iPad. You're not able to download certain apps because they require a newer iOS than the iPad itself will allow. It's not really worth the money, my son wasn't able to enjoy it for the one week he had it.

Cheap material- there are better options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a school iPad meaning if you reset it you're totally screwed! It doesn't get any streaming services outside of Netflix. The internet works but moves slow. Everything really moves slow. Once i realized i couldn't do anything i tried to reset it and give it to my niece and that's when i discovered its a school iPad and can do school stuff like zoom and lessons. I ended up returning it and just getting another one. But still don't reset it!!!!!

I cant download apps on it cuz it says that I need the new update but every time I try to update my tablet the new update doesn't appear 🤦🏽‍♀️I bought this tablet for my son for his birthday and he was so excited to use it smh

Got this thing and.... no volume.  what? strained, tried to adjust settings. spent over an hour in a silent room listening but didn't get more than a whisper out of it.  Crap! had to go back.

I'm disappointed by my purchase.  It was a Christmas gift for my daughter.  The screen only works about 50% of the time when pressed.  I contacted Customer Care but since this item is now out of stock  for the  refurbished option the only thing I can do is return it.  My Customer Care chat "cut off" two times  while trying to figure out any options I may have. I now have to return this item at the store. Wish there was someway I could exchange it instead of waiting another week or two  to ship from a Different retailer.  I went with Walmart because I thought it was my best option  to keep this from happening.
