Takes longer than expected to fully charge the device.

Battery life is not sufficient for extended use.

Has a smaller footprint, ideal for personal use.

I love everything about this IPad except a few scratches and the screen protector has bubbles in the most annoying places. My husband wasted three trying to get them out.

The fact that the System Software was obsolete made it more difficult to get it set up. Also clearly showing the version before purchase would have been helpful, but it works fine now that I updated the software. It is only used for reading, so the age of the device was not a problem, but buyers should make sure they understand the limitations on older systems.

A decent device for the intended use.

i bought 2 ipads, one of them is working perfectly even its a little slow. The other one doesnt work at all, it turns off my itself and battery jumps from 100% to 30% and then straight to shutting down. Ill return it or see if the warranty really works

pretty much by luck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm paying 300 for both the iPads I purchased. I get that they are refurbished but I wasn't expecting to see a bunch of scratch marks and a blue and red tint on one of the screens.. hoping the iPads function better than they look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unhappy over not being able to download the latest ipad update. Regret not researching this version iPad better before purchase

Quality of refurb iPad good,

The iPad seems ok but the adapter and cord doesn't charge when I plug it into outlet it says not charging. If I use the adapter from my other iPad it charges.. I would like to get a different adapter and code. Thank you so much

Adapter and cod doesn't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I understand this iPad is refurbished so expected some minor imperfections but when I opened it, it showed 20%, immediately dropped to 10% and then shut off all within a minute. We charged it fully and an hour late it shut off again. This continues to happen to the point we can't even use the iPad for its intended purpose.

Doesn't hold a charge

It looks good on the outside, but……battery doesn't stay charged 😩 and the time from when you touch the screen to response is extremely slow. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Refurbished iPad

Screen was scratched, after having it sitting on my desk practically unused (hadnt event set up yet) I noticed several cracks. can't say for sure that it was always like that, but I definitely should have purchased new. also It is not activating correctly. smh.

Scratched Screen

WiFi does not work. I ordered two. One is so-so the other will only hook up to WiFi for a couple minutes at a time then disconnects. Cannot figure out how to contact seller to get a refund or exchange.

Cannot contact seller. Doesn't work!
