Everything is great no scratches charging port isn't loose screen is in great condition. The only thing is the battery dies a little fast but that's to be expected even with a refurbished iPad. Great price I bought for my three-year-old and she loves it.

Overall great purchase

Love it! Mine came with no damages and easy to set up. Comes with a charger but the charger doesn’t work well. The iPad sometimes dies fast. I recommend charging it to 100 on long days of usage. Overall, I scored with this purchase. Recommended for iPad kids/toddlers.

Great buy!

When the iPad (7th Generation) shipped from the factory, it came with a 12 watt power adapter. This would be a 5.2 Volts @ 2.4Amps adapter. 

The power adapter included with this refurbished iPad (7th generation) is only 10 watts, which is 5.0 volts @ 2.0 amps. While this will charge the iPad, it’s less than the minimum included from the factory. 

If you want standard speed of charging, you will want the 12 amp adapter. For faster charging, you can get the 20 amp adapter which provides 5 volts at 3.0 amps or 9 volts at 2.2 amps. Of course these cost $19 for the official Apple product, plus the charging cable which is USB-C for another $19/$29 (1 meter/2 meters). This isn’t clearly disclosed in the listing. 

The iPad itself works fine.

Appropriate power adapter not included

I received them and immediately turned them on. Once I finished setting them up I noticed neither  would hold a charge. One of them decreased on the charge %26 died completely. So I bought new apple chargers for them and it still never turned on. Currently waiting on a refund/replacement. I didn’t pay for a tablet to work no longer than 24 hours! They did not make it to see the next night. It was so unexpected to not last longer than a day. It broke my kids’ hearts because they were so excited for new iPads. Also noticed that red mark in one when turning it on the first time right out of the box.

They were terrible iPads.

I got this for my granddaughter for Christmas and the charger that came with it doesn’t work and this is not a 10.2 this  is a 9.7 and the reason I know because the case I brought is to big and so I got another case 9.7 and it fix just right so I understand that this is refurbished but at the same time it should be working

BAD IPAD paid for a 10.2 screen got 9.7 screen

Takes a very long time to charge. The charger provided is NOT an Apple charger, it broke almost instantly. The battery last about 3-4hrs before it dies. It takes a long time to charge, even with an Apple approved charger. Without a slot for a SIM card it WiFi or hotspot use only. It’s a waste of money because it performs poorly. You get what you pay for. Don’t waste your time or money. The battery life is prolly the real problem and providing a cheap charger doesn’t help.

Waste of Money

I can understand it being restored but the iPad has tons of scratches all over the screen . Could’ve at least replaced the screen .

Wouldn’t recommend!
