at first i was skeptical that it was refurbished, but this ipad is brand new! no physical damage, speakers and microphone are great. don't know the battery capacity, but it runs like new. no lags or anything at all. ipad was delayed in delivery 2 days, but UPS kept me very well updated. ipad also came fully charged and with a new charger (not the original charger)

It delivers what is promised but after using it for 1 month, the battery is completely gone. I charge it to 100% just to use it for 2-3 hours. It drains by 15% overnight with no use. Mistake, I still use my iPhone, which is like 3 yrs old but still not much of battery issues with it. But iPad, which usually should be better with battery, is worse.

Great overall product but battery can't stand 3hrs

The device came in perfect condition no scratches no marks nothing came charged a little bit came with a diff ent charger NOT from apple when I started using it everything was going fine up until it consistently restarts by itself and I also can not see the battery health when I open settings I reset the iPad multiple times and it came with the latest update so I know it wasn't anything I did to it, it must be something wrong with the battery since it won't show me the health I'll be taking this to apple store to get it examined

Unexpectedly restarts

“Micro scratches”  are not micro scratches but very visible and annoying scratches. Visible even past arms length contrary to what the description says. 
Also they sent me a regular lightning charging when the Ipad requires a USBC cable.

Havent turned on yet. Physical condition worse.

The iPad doesn't stay charge like let's say if it's on 100 it go all the way to 50 and cut off then cut on it be on 30 or 2 it's not worth buying or wasting money on it

Only worked for 60 days. Will not charge anymore
