Fails to function or hold a charge consistently.

Battery capacity is a concern, with some units not holding a charge.

Offers great quality at a reasonable cost.

Requires frequent recharging due to short battery life.

I never write reviews, but I was so impressed with the condition of this MacBook that I had to! As soon as I unboxed it, the unit itself looked immaculate. After getting it set up, I was impressed with how fast it was. It also holds a charge for days. I'm a college student and I spend a lot of time using the laptop. After about a month of use, I've had zero issues. It wasn't until about two weeks after getting it that I noticed a VERY small dent in the corner. Not a big deal for me at all. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase and even more happy to have saved roughly $500.

Amazing product, will never buy brand new again

walmart.com

Great computer like new. It did come locked even though they said it wouldn't be. I had contacted them about it and they said they couldn't give me a code that I would have to send it back for a refund. I ended up using the same “password” as the computer name and it worked to unlock it, so I ended up not having to send it back thankfully.

Overall good Mac

Was a little scared to order but I took a risk , it works I had to update to the newer version of Mac , volume is perfect , charging is okay for a refurbished computer it is bent on the lip just a tad bit but it's not nothing I can get used to or get a computer cover overall I'm glad I got this computer.

Once I upgraded to the newest OS system it worked great. There were a few scratches but it doesn't affect how it works. The charging cable, however, eventually charges the device but takes awhile as it connects and disconnects frequently. I purchased a new charger from Amazon and it works perfectly. I sent a message to the seller regarding the charger issue.

Great for the price.

Overall, great product and good deal. I would have given more stars if it came with the proper charging cord. I had to order the charging cord separately because I was sent a cord for another device, that isn't compatible. Overall, easy setup and good quality/ bargain.

Overall it's a good computer but I have to keep it on the charger even when it's at 100% to keep it on ( it will stay on for - 15 mins before turning off) took it to Apple and they said it's the battery so will be returning just cause I want a lifetime computer not for just now

The computer worked great once 3 hours worth of updates were installed. I was not prepared for that level of preparation in order to use the computer. Once fully updated, it works great, just very slow to process. Now, I am unable to use it as it will no longer charge.

Hopes dashed

I thought that I would be getting a normally put together restored used laptop at least that's how it was advertised even the small print said that, but it took forever for me to get it to cut on and then I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't let me sign in on my Apple account and that's because 12 of the buttons don't work. I have 12 dead keys on a gently used near new laptop so somebody screwed the pooch.

I cant log in to my icloud. Can't create a new icloud. It wont let me past the user agreement page! Not able to use my Mac book need the number for the seller.

Wont work

Its remotely managed by a local school system so I cant do anything on it which is dishearting because I really needed it. I should have just gotten a new one. Why sell something knowing you didnt wipe it or go in and turn off the MDM. I am sending it back and just going to order a brand new one.
