I bought these sets last month and now the airpods case is not charging. It sucks never buy refurbished items.Moreover you can’t return it. Bad experience first time .

I ordered these as a gift for my wife. I had originally bought the 4th generation brand new, but she liked the fit and feel of this generation. I looked several places and I was unable to find any brand new. I thought through the Walmart it would be more trustworthy than a place like Ebay or somewhere else. I received the item and within a month or so and the refurbished earpods stopped working for the left ear. I know they are used and you get what you pay for but I also feel like they should've lasted longer than they did.

Not Satisfied

got the AirPods and they don't even work they disconnect after 1 minute and you have to complete put both of them back into the case for them to reconnect it's just a ongoing cycle

Refurbished apple air pods purchased as a gift, they did not keep a charge- defective since day 1 attempted use.  Store would not accept return within 30 days of purchase ,as it is considered to be a personal item similar to underwear. no disclaimer listed visible on their atrocious policy.  Extremely disappointed and will never give a penny of my hard earned money to Walmart ever again.  would not recommend to anyone I know.

My daughter says the case doesn't charge it dies after 30 min then one of the ear pieces doesn't work

AirPods are defective and won’t pair with any device. when I try to return them at Walmart for a swap/refund, they refuse because I “opened it” but how could I know they are defective unless I open them. This is completely ridiculous so now I have wasted over 100$ and my day trying to get them to work and trying to return them
