May break or get damaged easily, impacting performance.

Limited compatibility with modern apps due to old operating system.

Can be intuitive, but also prone to awkward handling.

Unable to update beyond a certain os version, limiting app compatibility.

The macbook came in just as expected with everything i needed including charging as of right now it works just fine. Might need to replace battery though

Great Laptop

just got it but so far everything has been great. it does have a few scratches and what looks like chips on the bottom a small one on the screen but it's barely noticeable. there is a tiny dent on the top corner of it but all of that is to be expected. i did have one problem while setting it up it wouldn't allow me to agree to the terms and conditions but i went back skipped putting my apple id in and then it worked. i did have to update it as-well but thats to be expected. will be using it for college.

Computer works great and looks very good! Haven't been able to connect my printer yet, but I won't give up.  Can't complain for the price.

Wonderful Bargain!

My wife love her MacBook. She's not tech savvy so the higher end laptop was not necessary. This laptop does everything I need  and works smoothly

Great refurb

So far so good. I am loving my MacBook. Battery life is the greatest but other than that, it hasn't caused me any problems and works just fine!

There should be more information about the item. I paid $200 for a MacBook that looks like someone used it for target practice. It said “like new” there's absolutely nothing LIKE NEW on this thing,
