I bought this watch and thought it would be a normal open box situation. Walmart failed to properly reset the watch and did not unpair the device from the previous owners Apple ID. I cannot use the watch and I've contacted support and nothing has been done yet.

The watch arrived without the original packaging, and the case was detached from the watch.
