everything was as expected arrived on time was very nice it had 1 little scratch but it was refurbished and it was excellent to be a refurbished ipad 4 was very blessed an very pleased with the low low prices also!!!!

This iPad had no flaws. Being an iPad 4, it is far short of being able to perform and download apps like its newer counterparts. It is a good purchase if you want it for basic online activities.

The iPad was really good , It did not have any scratches on it everything works fine .. I just cant download certain apps which is fine because its for my 4 year old

I was pleasantly surprised by the physical condition.  It had no visible scratches or blemishes, but it would have been great if it was sent in box. Since I purchased it as a gift I am not yet sure how well it works but from the looks of it I do trust that it is indeed a certified refurbished  tablet.

Surprising Find

If I could give zero stars I would. I can't set up the tablet for whatever reason. It won't let me connect the device to WiFi or by connecting the tablet to iTunes. Waste of my time and money

Didnt realize when I bought these they can not be upgraded beyond IOS 10.3. Therefore they are incompatible with many apps. What is the point of an ipad without apps?
