I had issues with the payment, but the support teams really helped me out, and very quickly fixed my issue! I'm not used to receiving such outstanding customer service, so this was really special to me, and made me feel seen. The iPad came in perfect working condition, and they even fully charged it! Needless to say, I'm very happy with, not only my purchase, but the help I received from Walmart. Thanks to tech support and Sasha for being so helpful and friendly, y'all deserve to be paid more than minimum wage for that service.

It came in a non-Apple box but included a charging cable still as expected. Also looked like it was brand new with no scratches and worked perfectly. Was worth the savings.

Love it ! Game changer

Ipad

The iPad works well overall, however I am experiencing a recurring Wi-Fi issue. The Wi-Fi randomly disables itself and stops working. The only way to temporarily fix it is by resetting the network settings, but the problem keeps coming back.

Because the issue is intermittent, it makes the device unreliable for daily use and appears to be a defect rather than a user or settings issue.

I am respectfully asking for assistance or guidance on how this can be resolved, as I would like to properly use the device.

Help please

Bought this refurbished 9th gen iPad expecting good condition, but it arrived with two obvious dents on the back shell (deep and clearly visible).
The description didn't mention any damage, so I felt kinda tricked. It's a third-party seller, and returns were a hassle. The iPad works, but for the price, this is disappointing.
Giving it 1 star – I don't recommend unless you don't mind visible damage
