Not impressed with the refurbished iPad mini 4 I bought from the Walmart website.  The device shuts down frequently and randomly as if the battery were dead, even though the battery monitor indicates a charge of 70%, 80% or more.  I get that this is a refurbished device, but there has to be a minimum acceptable performance for a device to be re-sold.  I opted to buy a refurbished device to save a bit of money and to avoid adding to the mountain of e-garbage in the world, but this experience turned me off.

Won't be buying refurbished devices again
