Charging Performance

I have had this for about one week and it is excellent. It actually had 64gb of Ram instead of the advertised 32Gb advertised. Great condition. Right before this purchase, I had bought a refurbished iPad from Amazon and it had battery issues so I had to return it.

First time to buy an IPad. Glad I got the IPad 4 Pro model. It arrived in extra fast and is just like new in appearance. No issues at all. Very pleased and saved quite a bit with the refurbed unit. Honestly, I can't tell any difference from a new one. Highly recommend.

I have not had it a full day yet so with that being, I am just getting it setting up and so far so good! The operations of this are exceptional! I was a little worried when I first received it and was scared to open the box. The iPad was NOT secured correctly and safely inside! Thank God it was not damaged.

Ordered one these refurbished iPad Pro 10.5 on June 27 2022 and received on July 1 2022. Shipping was fast and came in a few days earlier than expected. Upon arrival the iPad needed to be charged, the included charger worked fine. I was very surprised to see the unit I received had a perfect screen with no scratches. The back of iPad's aluminum body was also in near perfect condition. However 3 out of the 4 front corners and the power button did have some small gouges into the metal (see photos for details). I purchased a case for this iPad and the case covered the corners so that didn't bother me much. After the iPad was fully charged I connected it to my MacBook and used a program called coconutbattery to inspect the battery health of the iPad. The program showed the battery had degraded to 75% max capacity, I was hoping for over 80% but for an iPad that's 4 years old I wasn't disappointed. I can easily get a full days use and still end the day with 20% battery. I was happy to see the iPad I received also didn't suffer the white spot screen issue this generation of iPad Pros had. After using one of these refurbished iPads for over a month I have not had any issues and would highly recommend one of these units to anyone looking for an inexpensive iPad Pro.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works very well! The screen and outside is free from scratches or dents. However, there is a white spot on the screen (which is common for this gen of ipad) and the battery leaves a bit to be desired. Overall, very good for the price

Great for the price!

Tablet does not work. The tablet is very laggy. And the touchscreen does not work.

Doesn't work

Extremely misleading communication, not at all clear that product is refurbished. Would not expect this on a black Friday promotion! Very disappointed, taking my business elsewhere in the future. The only reason I am giving 1 star is the system does not allow zero stars

Misleading Advertising for this Unit

Is not space grey. Came silver and the charger isn't even a new Apple charger it's an android charging port with an old Apple charging cord. Pretty disappointed.
