I ordered this refurbished iPad, and it came with iOS 11.3 installed instead of iOS 15.4 in the online listing. Because of this, I couldn't update the iPad to the new iOs, or connect to the app store, even after troubleshooting with Apple's customer support. Wireless source did not send me a shipping code to return the iPad so I paid $30 out of pocket to ship it back, and they won't refund the cost of shipping for their faulty product.
