This item is in like-new condition, backed by a 90 day warranty. It has been professionally refurbished, inspected and cleaned to excellent condition. This product has been determined fully functional by our industry leading 30+ point functionality inspection. UL approved power adapter and charging cable is included. This product will not come in its original packaging; Headphones, SIM card and manual will not be included. With the introduction of the 10.5" iPad Pro, Apple provides users with 64GB of storage and a 10.5" IPS Retina display that is 20% larger than their 9.7" model, while reducing its border size by nearly 40%. The result is a tablet that weighs just over 1 lb and also features a 12-core GPU, a screen resolution of 2224 x 1668, 264 pixels per inch (ppi), a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a brightness of 600 cd/m2, support for the P3 color gamut, 20 ms latency, and an anti-reflective coating with 1.8% reflectivity. All of this helps to deliver high resolution videos and photos with vivid colors, deep blacks, greater contrast, and more uniform brightness.

I ordered this refurbished iPad, and it came with iOS 11.3 installed instead of iOS 15.4 in the online listing. Because of this, I couldn't update the iPad to the new iOs, or connect to the app store, even after troubleshooting with Apple's customer support. Wireless source did not send me a shipping code to return the iPad so I paid $30 out of pocket to ship it back, and they won't refund the cost of shipping for their faulty product.

Wireless Source is a TOTAL RIPOFF

Refurbished Apple iPad Pro 10.5 A1701 (WiFi) 64GB Space Gray (Grade A+), featuring a 10.5-inch IPS Retina display with a resolution of 2224 x 1668, 264 ppi, and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The tablet is shown in a front and back view, highlighting its slim design and Space Gray finish. It includes a 2.3 GHz Apple A10X Fusion processor and runs on iPadOS 15.4. Accessories such as a UL-approved power adapter and charging cable are included, but the original packaging, headphones, SIM card, and manual are not. Ideal for high-resolution video and photo viewing with vivid colors and deep contrast.
