I'm HIGHLY upset about this product . I ordered this for my niece as a birthday gift , she had been asking for one . I was so excited when I seen the price and it was a mini. I purchased it immediately knowing my niece would be jumping for joy when she seen this . Got it delivered today on 6/26/23 let her open the box and she cried she was so happy . Only to find out it will not connect to the internet /wifi for me to set up the iPad . I hooked it up to my computer to see if I could do anything and that didn't work .I've even called Apple had them walk me through some steps to see if they could help me figure out why it was doing this . And they tell me it's a bad one…. Don't get me wrong it came in perfect condition. No scratches or anything . But she can't use it if it doesn't connect to WiFi to even set up the device … definitely bummed about this .

Cannot download any apps or update software to be able to download apps. An absolute waste. Item says you can return by contacting them but absolutely no contact information can be found. This might be the worst purchasing experience I've ever had. I should have read the other review before purchasing.

AWFUL

The back of the iPad was scratched up. I wasnt aware it was going to come that way. Expected it to look like the picture.

Unsatisfied

I bought this for my grandson and nothing in the description said I couldn't update to the latest iOS operating system!! None of the apps are compatible with this iPad!!

Not good for anything but internet!

If you plan to buy apps or use for games or anything really do not buy this product. It is an expensive paperweight. I got it for my son who is young to be able to play games on but you can not download any games from App Store any programs as it doesn't support this model. It's useless. I returned it. If i could give it zero stars i would.

Not useful ipad

Bought an I pad for my son refurbished and it didn't come with a sim and it doesn't let you download any apps and it doesn't work so I spent money for no reason and the ipad doesn't even work with a sim I bought from a phone store

I received and updated to latest iOS version and it won't download any apps says not compatible with this iPad.. that's because most apps require iOS 10 or higher and this one only goes up to 9.3.6

Not the most updated version, so certain apps may not work. But would make a nice treat for someone.
