I bought this as a gift for a family member. Was kind of skeptical at first due to other reviews stating they received the phone with cracks and scratches on it. The one we received was in mint condition

You wont even know that it was a used phone! I was really worried that there would be scratches and cracks but their was no cracks or scratches! works perfectly fine. really worth buying!

This was really worth buying and works perfectly.

Overall great phone everything worked very well and it came with a charger. Battery health was at 87% and came with one or two scratches but can't complain for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a good purchase for kids. Some dings and scratches but seems to work fine. 
The battery life was the only negative but expected from an old phone.  Purchased on June 2023.

Came in really good condition. Had no scratches or dents, but the sides of the phone were kinda dirty. I had to wipe them off myself. Also I had to reset the phone myself to get it to the original iPhone starting screen which I would think should've already been done. But good price and looks like a brand new iPhone.

Pretty Good

After less than three months, the Face ID feature suddenly stopped working after a slight jolt where the phone slipped from its holder in my car although I caught it before it landed on the console.  I made an Apple store appointment to diagnose and was determined that it would require a costly repair. Otherwise the phone functioned adequately and the battery lasted most of the day. I also experienced mysterious issue of phone not making sounds like text notifications even though I had Silence mode off and volume on high and settings showed everything setup correctly. Refurbs can save money but there's always a risk.

Good overall functioning refurbished iPhone

Battery level was in the 80s. scratches all over the phone on the screen and the boarder. The phone its self seemed to be working fine. Better off buying a new phone to be frank
