I purchased the refurbished Apple iPhone 11 A2111 (Fully Unlocked) 256GB White from Walmart, hoping for a good experience, but unfortunately, I've been quite disappointed. The phone arrived in “fair condition,” but the microphone has been faulty since day one. It either produces no sound during calls or creates unbearable noise, making the phone almost unusable for communication.

Despite reaching out to Walmart customer service with my order and reference numbers, they refused to take responsibility for the issue. As a result, I'm stuck with a defective phone, and the overall experience has been frustrating. I expected better from such a reputable retailer. I hope Walmart takes better care of their customers in the future, especially with refurbished products.
