I don't often write reviews, as I'm rather forgetful and such, but seeing how many people have left reviews stating how their phones arrived in poor condition made me want to write my own and say that, actually, my phone's great. It arrived in a nice, bubble wrapped package, the phone was stable in it's box and didn't bounce, it came with a sim tray opener and charger, and it works just fine. There's very minor cosmetic damage on the edges but that's to be expected, and I don't mind it. The screen itself works great, no scratches, and it was thankfully unlocked and ready to set up. I'll admit I was nervous to order a pre-owned phone at first, but this company refurbished it well and it arrived the day it said it would. I don't know the battery capacity yet, but since I'm not getting warnings about it, I assume it's fine. 

Genuinely, thank you guys for the new phone. I was sorely in need of a replacement.

got the Iphone 11. shipping was fast and got here in the time frame it said it would. everythjng works good. couple scratches but barley noticable unless looking really hard. super easy to set up (thankfully). 100% happy with my purchace.

It came with a charger, and it was as good as new. I had to look very close to find some dents, but they are almost unnoticeable.

I purchased this phone as a gift for someone so, I don't know much yet because, I've not given it to him yet. How, when I received the phone, I turned it on and everything has been put back to factory settings which is a good thing. It's unlocked and ready to go. I know it's rated a B grade but it's a high B grade because it does not have much scratches and dings at all.

This iPhone's screen is absolutely unacceptable and I'll be sending it back. I read the reviews about some scratches on the phone, so some scratches were expected. HOWEVER this is far more than what should be accepted. I'm surprised somebody thought this was an okay condition to sell a phone. The touch screen of an iPhone shouldn't look like someone scrubbed their drive way with it!

shabby phone, the whole screen is scratched. cardboard packaging. I do not advise anyone. I paid $350 for it but it wasn't worth it. terrible phone without a pack. without documents.
