I gave it a 4 stars because I was having issues with the earpiece, every time i answer the phone I was not able to hear anything. I always had to answer the phone with speaker on. I tried every  directions to fix it, but it never worked so that's how I decided to return the phone. The phone was in awesome condition and the camera was amazing. That's was my only issue.

I am beyond Impressed, I was definitely scared as anybody would be buying a refurbished phone but this came looking almost like it came straight out the box. It's been working great so far it was unlocked so it took less than 5 mins to transfer my phone plan when I went to the providers store. I ONLY gave it 4 star because my battery life came at 75% and if that's my only issue then I can live with that . GO AND ORDER THIS IS YOUR SIGN !

I would and would not recommend this item as you can tell that it's a restored phone there are light burns in the screen so you can see apps when you're on a dark screen doing other stuff it's not bad for the price but the battery life sucks and it charges very slow no matter what charger is used

Came with a super low battery health like 73% I think which is the lowest I've seen in an iPhone. Paid to get the battery replaced through Apple, and then not even a full two months later it shuts off and does not turn back on. Yes I tried the volume up down, all the tricks for hours out of my day </3 wouldn't recommend that to anyone , it might have just been a dud I got but figured I'd share my pretty crappy experience with the phone I got.

The phone itself looked flawless but the battery takes all day to charge. The first couple days I couldn't get it to charge at all. I'm going to fill out a return request that's the only complaint I have but I know Walmart will take care of it. Thank you.

Battery unexceptionable

I don't know how Walmart allows them to scam, using false advertising The ad says like new and the screen comes thrown garbage , I understand that it is used but seeing how new it is misleading and one expects a better quality

this thing is a literal waste of your money. I was in between buying a phone from Amazon marketplace or Walmart and I decided to take a chance on Walmart because it was about $60 cheaper when the phone arrived. I opened up the phone and signed into everything and logged into all my stuff, and there was obvious screen damage, where there was purple marks, and I couldn't click on certain buttons. It wouldn't let me swipe up into the phone. Not that alone, but the battery percentage was labeled as excellent, and it was at a 70 which is lower than the phone I've had for the last five years. Other than the obvious screen damage and the battery life there was not that many flaws, but the phone is not able to be used and they obviously did not check. I am very, very, very disappointed in this company and I feel bad for anyone who makes a mistake of ordering from you guys again.

HORRIBLE DONT PURCHASE

The phone costs way more than it is worth. Apple and Walmart are making a huge profit off of this item. It is a nice product and I get all I want out of this item so function is not an issue but I personally feel that the phone is priced way higher than it needs to be. Some of the newer android phones will do almost as much as this phone does.

My opinion

When I'm talking to someone on the phone, they said it sounds like the phone is muffling and they cannot hear anybody talking. The phone wasn't working properly.

The entire phone was covered in scratches and deep scrapes. The microphone, speakers and the charge port where all completely filled with something gross.
