They send me a phone that has no audio for calling out or receiving calls. They clearly do not check if the phone is fully functioning before selling. How inconvenient. It says we are on a call but as you can see the speaker button isn't even illuminated. Can't hear a thing through the iPhone.

Phone doesn't make calls

Phone is heating up while i'm on call. The battery dries out for every 30 mins.
