Phone worked great but won't charge for some reason

TOUCH SCREEN IS TEMPERMENTAL GOES IN AND OUT SOMETIMES THE ONLY WAY TO FIX IS TO SHUT THE PHONE OFF AND TURN IT BACK ON WHICH IS STILL VERY DIFFICULT IF THE TOUCH SCREEN DOES NOT WANT TO WORK

They said the product is in good condicion, but is NOT WORKING CORRECLTY
