so, it came, box and all, and the box even had the refurbished sticker on it which said that it was thoroughly tested working before being sent - and guess what? the phone didnt turn on. it was defective. now I have to ship it back, which will take 3 weeks, and then they say to wait 30 days before its reflected back to my payment method? ridiculous and a waste of time. beware of this company

again, if it was not marked in SEVERAL PLACES that it was tested and working and refurbished, with all the correct serial numbers on the box even matching the ones on the phone, then how on earth did they mess this up? clearly, they did not test it before sending it. maybe they'd even hope I wouldn't bother to send it back and wait 60 days. so yeah, thats my experience. terrible
