It did have a few scratches on screen but not really noticeable once I put case on it. 

For what I paid for it would of been nice if had a new battery in it. Just had to go buy one which was over $70.

What was sold to me was a counterfeit iPhone. Beware, this seller does NOT sell authentic Apple products as advertised. Do not buy anything from this seller unless you are looking for a knock-off.

Counterfeit

The phone came with preinstalled apps like Google passwords that weren't on my original phone.  Those apps (some hidden) changed settings throughout my device network.  Particularly concerning were the changes made to access and security. Way more time, worry, and hassle than any savings were worth!  I should've bought from Apple directly.  Am still deciding if I will return the phone.
