I was not sure what to expect when I first ordered a refurbished phone, but once I got it I was very surprised at how good it looks! Its not the fresh "perfect" looking phone, but very close to it. I already cleaned, and put a case and screen protector and now it looks better. I am very haooy with this purchase.

Better than expected for a refurbished.

walmart.com

Its a very nice phone!! Came in almost perfect quality, very minor scratches on the phone, came with screen protector, love the color, and am so glad I upgraded from a broken 7 to this perfect phone!!!

Almost New Bold Red XR with Screen Protector

I was skeptical at first because it is a refurbished phone but this phone is a fantastic buy! I order it on Tuesday and it came just yesterday. The only thing that came on it was minor nick on the screen but it's not really noticeable. Otherwise the phone is in amazing condition for a refurbished phone and it is factory unlocked which I was worried about! I would buy this product again. Ordered from wombat reserve.

The one phone looks almost brand new. Tiny minor scratches on the exterior but not noticeable. The screen and camera is awesome. Definitely satisfied.

I had an Xr awhile ago. I switched to the 12 Pro Max when it came out. The durability of the 12 is lacking, so I looked at buying a used XR, and found this one cheaper and from a reputable company! I can't suggest this phone and company enough.

Excellent value

Phone arrived in perfect condition. The charger didn't work but I still had my old one so not a problem. Can't complain! Worth the money.

I got the red phone that I wanted and it is fully functional. Why red? So it is more easily found. The only con is that it didn't come with a user manual and I'm having to learn a new phone through experimentation.

The really good and the slightly ugly.

Great phone but can't hear anything. Everything looks and works well but only useful with Bluetooth device. Can't hear it ring can't hear the person you are talking to but other than that perfect

Great phone if you don't want to hear anything

Great phone but can't hear anything. Everything looks and works well but only useful with Bluetooth device. Can't hear it ring can't hear the person you are talking to but other than that perfect.
The only way you could hear was to have the speaker on.

This place do not do a good job reconditioning

I purchased this phone for my daughter. it worked for about 2 days. The phone was blocked by AT%26T because it was listed as stolen, have not been able to use
