I order the laptop online and it arrived a month later and when I took it out of the box it didn't work. I called the service number on the box and they were helpful and it seemed like they were going to send a new one out but now over a month later, I've received nothing, my daughter didn't get her Christmas present, and I'm never going to order refurbished from Walmart again. Horrible experience overall.
