Charging

This is an excellent Laptop packed with extras including a track button and a backlit keyboard with large letters it was easy to set up and use. Being a refurbished unit there is no signs physically and cosmetically showing  signs of previous use. The processer and ram is adequate for the task to be done and charges in a short time. I have had several laptops all HP brand  and it is by far the best I have had. Everything works as it should.

As Described

This is a well made durable laptop with  extras at a reasonable price. It came with a backlit keyboard and a "track" button 16GB of ram Intel i5 processor and a decent sized hard drive to store all the data needed.
There was little to no signs of previous use and looks and works like new.

I am very happy with the this laptop but lately I am having issues with the charging cable, it seems loose and doesn't always connect properly, I contacted Royal Tech and Laptops about this and they are going to resolve the issue.

Great condition

I didn't get any notification from Walmart that it was ready for me to pick up. I had to go there and ask for it. 
The labtop itself has some of its sticker pealed off and the charging cable is loose!
