Battery Life

I am very happy with the this laptop but lately I am having issues with the charging cable, it seems loose and doesn't always connect properly, I contacted Royal Tech and Laptops about this and they are going to resolve the issue.

HP Elite pro 840 G8 with loose charging cable

Its a solid and good working laptop so far

Good Quality

This is a well made durable laptop with extras at a reasonable price. It came with a backlit keyboard and a "track" button 16GB of ram Intel i5 processor and a decent sized hard drive to store all the data needed.
There was little to no signs of previous use and looks and works like new.

As Described

This is an excellent Laptop packed with extras including a track button and a backlit keyboard with large letters it was easy to set up and use. Being a refurbished unit there is no signs physically and cosmetically showing signs of previous use. The processer and ram is adequate for the task to be done and charges in a short time. I have had several laptops all HP brand and it is by far the best I have had. Everything works as it should.

The laptop looked like new. Everything was intact and worked perfectly. I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Excellent

Thank you for replacing the faulty power supply. The new one works well. For the service, you deserve 5 stars,, Merci

Evaluation of the service rendered

Overall a good laptop
The only problem is that the battery doesn't last a long time unfortunately .

Everything is according to the description, but the battery is too bad, it doesn't last more than two hours after fully charged.

I didn't get any notification from Walmart that it was ready for me to pick up. I had to go there and ask for it.
The labtop itself has some of its sticker pealed off and the charging cable is loose!

Excellent labtop but charging cable is loose!

The computer just arrived and I started to set it up. It went out and no longer lights up. I thought it was unloaded, I plug the charger but nothing. I am very disappointed.

Refurbished (Excellent) - HP EliteBook 840 G8 14" Laptop (Intel i5-1145G7 / 16 GB RAM / 256 GB SSD / Windows 11 Pro) front-facing 3/4 view of the business clamshell laptop with 14-inch IPS display, visible keyboard and touchpad, front infrared camera; ports include two USB-C Type‑4 and one HDMI as listed, suitable for remote work and travel productivity.
