There was issue in the product but I got refund Within a week.

Adapter heating up this device has IC issue when connect the adapter with laptop screen goes black.

Issue resolved

The cursor movement is smooth and the product quality is good. A great purchase from Walmart during the Boxing Day sale.

Good one

This laptop is okay, but it has Windows 11 Pro instead of Windows 10 Pro as listed. I preferred 10 Pro.
