[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I was a bit skeptical about purchasing the phone because I had read so many reviews about many sellers and they didn't sound good. We decided to give this shop a chance and we are glad we did! The phone came with no scratches, no original charger, no earbuds and no original packaging, but that was okay with us. The phone works, battery health was at normal range, it looked brand new. I will definitely shop again if need it. Thank you!

I bought this phone to replace my iPhone 11 that I finally wore out. It was like brand new, and works great. The only thing is the battery health is pretty low, at 78%, so I'll have to have the battery replaced at some point soon probably. But overall it was a steal for the price and I didn't have to learn how to use a new phone, or pay the equivalent of a months rent to replace my phone.

Phone is exactly as promised and works well. It even came with some nice accessories. My only complaint is that the charging cable has already broken and will have to be replaced. Luckily it came with a wireless charger that works great! It evwn came with some fisher air buds. Thanks Kiss

Great refurbished phone

My daughter just opened it and we got it activated! It was unlocked so we were able to get a new Sim and use our previous carrier. Phone is in really good condition and everything seems to work nicely upon set up.

iPhone 11 birthday gift

Refurb iPhone11 works perfectly in all ways exercised. Looks like new (no scratches/dents). Battery charged to 100%, and is down to 75% after hours of iOS upgrade, app/data xfr, & app updates.

Phone like new

Screen came super scratched, battery life at 76%. Not quite what I expected when I bought a “like new” phone. Gets super hot when charging. But hey a phone is a phone.

Got a used phone. Ok condition.

Good item for price but add $ to service the battery.This one came at %74 battery capacity. Beware, you will probably need to do the same for buying at cheap price. Tack on extra $100 for Battery replacement, heated up super hot after receiving iPhone with red battery level. Smh.

Nice item but…

The phone is great but I've been trying to activate this since i have gotten this phone around February and it still hasn't worked and nobody ever got back to me about it

My phone is defective the battery is very bad it keeps turning off and the charger and charger block that was given in the box can't sustain the iPhone battery going down significantly The phone battery went down from 30% to 8% in the span of 5 minutes even while charging And I want a REFUND!!

I just received the iPhone 11 through Walmart. It won't let me call out and it won't let me receive calls. I don't know what the problem is not happy at all with this purchase
