This phone, great-awesome-gorgeous, it says refurbished but it came as brand new, 100% battery health, OMMGGGG, I couldn't believe that.
I got a screen protector, that sim key (I forgot the name hehe), and talking about the scratches are basically invisible.

I don't think I've ever left a review on a product. But this is a really expensive purchase and I read every review, so I hope this helps someone. I am SO happy with my phone! I purchased a refurbished phone off of Ebay and ran some tests on it to see how the speakers were and it was terrible, so I returned it. I was skeptical about buying another refurbished iPhone but gave Walmart (Specifically Walmart as the seller) a try. I've had it for a week and have run it through a lot of test. I tested the speakers, made phone calls, took tons of pictures, videos and timelapse videos. It all works perfectly. There aren't any scratches or dings on the phone. You would never know the phone was refurbished except that the batter life is at 93% (Which is to be expected).  The camera is amazing and has so many features compared to my Moto G6. It came with a screen protector on it and with a charger.

So glad I took a chance on a refurbished phone!

Phone arrived  in great condition but battery life is not what was promised it has only 74% battery life left and Walmart guaranteed refurbished phones to have 80% battery life

I got the phone for my son i he loved it. But we had a hard time setting it to my carrier and the phone had a dent with a opening in it but other than he loved the phone i would recommend you get it! I also have photo's of the phone and the camera quality.

Great phone but something you might want to know

It should tell you how much battery life it has…… I just got this phone and it's at 70% battery life. I wanted a newer phone because of my old phones battery, I know I probably should of looked into this phone a lot more but they should also have it up in the description of how much life it has.

Had the phone for less then 2 weeks and the screen is already freezing/ glitching out then shutting off. It's not worth getting this phone even though it seems cheaper than getting a brand new one. Just get the brand new one. Now I have to figure out how I'm going to get a new phone. To replace this one.

JUST BUY THE NEW ONE

I received this in the mail, and upon plugging in to charge it. I immediately got a service battery message. The appearance and everything on the phone looks great but it's awesome. Having a phone that needs charged every two hours. I would not trust this company. Now I get to pay another hundred dollars to have a new battery put into it. Good job vetting your suppliers Walmart. This is why I use Amazon. Lesson learned.

Lesson Learned

I ordered this phone in March 2025, and it's now July 2025. There were some weird quirks at first with the settings but it seemed to be working alright… now the screen is black and the phone won't turn on although it still vibrates and rings… I think the screen has went out. Definitely don't recommend spending $250-300 for a phone that's only going to last 4 months.

Unreliable and needs repair after only 4 months…

This phone was horrible I'm not sure if it was a fake iPhone first off the volume was bad only could hear with the phone being on speaker. Second it didn't download all my apps or anything kept saying not enough storage even after I purchased the highest storage allowed it came with a few scratches on the screen the battery life was horrible wouldn't keep a charge. Overall this iPhone 11 Pro Max was horrible wouldn't recommend.
