I got this game for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it, everything works good I just had to buy a new HMDI Cord just so it can be a longer cord

I've never purchased anything refurbished before but I can say this Xbox has worked really well so far %26 I just hope it doesn't end up failing me but so far it works good like it was brand new. It came with a blue controller tho which I didn't mind because the controller was cute %26 plus I wanted to get a controller skin if I got the white controller.

I got this for my boyfriend taking a chance.. I didn't know if this would be the Xbox or if this was a scam. but he received it this morning and everything was their he loves it! I promise you this is legit. I hate to see my tv go, but my boyfriend is so happy. thank you

perfect, exactly what I was looking for

Looks brand new ! Nothing to complain comes with everything including controller.

Everything arrived in clean, working order, even with all of the console's original packaging and contents. It was all practically new. Everything set up and worked without an issue, and a month later it all still works perfectly. This is an excellent value and it all exceeded my expectations. Best refurbished purchase I've made in awhile.

Exceptional quality and a great value!

The only issues I had was a scratch In the front that it has and the power cord, the scratch is an easy fix but I had to find a new cord because they gave me the wrong cord with the Xbox. Other than that gameplay is smooth, great quality. I was worried for a moment but once i figured everything out, things went smooth and I have no concerns for the actual software overall I gave it a 4 star just because I'm not the pickiest but I did have to go out of my way to find another power cord.

Not brand new but very good for being refurbished

The xbox works fine. Order was missing a charging cable for the controller and the controller's left joystick doesn't work properly. It doesn't recognize the up motion. I was going to return it and get a new one but it was a gift for my sister and she said it was fine because the process to return it and get a new one was took much of a hassle since she would have to return the xbox as well. So she said she would rather just buy a new controller instead.

Can someone please tell me why the Xbox keeps shutting off and if your using Wi-Fi then it's gonna turn off also I fixed the Wi-Fi issue with a Ethernet cable but if the owners can please let me know what's going on I'll very much appreciate it
