Works perfectly.   It arrived with the wrong wall plug.  It had a three prong connector to the power supply which requires a two prong version.  Thankfully I had my original cord which worked.  It was a little more expensive than I expected but overall a good value.

Average

The xbox seems to work fine, even though the power box it came with is making a loud humming sounds. Luckily, I just needed the console and have all the parts from my old 360 that I can replace it with.. However, the controller that came with it doesn't work at all. The battery compartment barely snaps into place. I know this is refurbished, but you could have at least provided a working controller, even if it was a wired one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unable to download the last required Xbox live update. First, it said it was due to an error code which I could not fix using the troubleshooting steps showing on Microsoft website. Then it was due to a lack of memory, even though the console had more than enough memory for the required update. As a result, I could not use my Xbox live profile , which would be required to save your game progress. During the second week, the red ring of death appeared and the entire system shut down.  The controller, which is not the original as advertised, repeatedly disconnects unexpectedly.

This item works but is in very poor condition. The console itself does not appear to be refurbished at all. The console itself is popping apart and the damage to the exterior is awful!!! I don't believe it was refurbished, just working. But we'll see for how long. Will never buy from them again!!

Rip off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it does not play any of my Xbox 360 games . it is a rip off and false advertising. it is one of the first Xbox 360 console made it over heat s in 15 to 20 min then shuts off. I borrowed a friend game and tried it and it only played 15 minutes before it shut off with the ring of death blinking on the console . very disappointed 🤬😞🤬😞🤬

System powers on fine. 3rd rate controller. System unusable. Requires 190MB internal storage to perform update and download profile/saves. They included a 16GB thumb drive that the 360 does not recognize as internal storage and therefore will not update to. Headline for system reads: "Refurbished Microsoft Xbox 360 E 4GB Video Game Console and Black Controller HDMI". The system is not locating any 4GB internal storage for me at this point. I highly suspect an error was made in the refurbishment and the internal memory may have been overlooked as required for use.

Buyer beware, returns easy.

Only to tell me that after waiting for almost 2 weeks? so darn convenient !!!! not happy!
