The companies communication between departments could use some work. To get the replacement took almost 3 months due to internal miscommunication. Finally received and it works great.

Japanese Model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would not recommend. The charger did not come as advertised (was just a black cord) and the back plate was very lose and when Iopen the sd card slot it comes off a bit.

It is modded and cant use internet since when its on it just errors are 10 seconds.

would be better off buying sevind hand from game stop or a store since its the same price for better quality.

First, RetroV games sold this when they didn't own it. They still haven't returned the money they owe me. 

The photos that they show aren't of the real product. The product has many scratches. The bottom screen has so many scratches that there is a grey circle that takes 75% of the screen. It's still visible even when the screen is on obviously not as visible. 

It has scratches all around this item. It's clear that this item has been used for at least 5 years.

Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to use the item as the screens were in poor condition, but the item is able to turn on.

Bottom line: The item isn't worth the price

Sketchy

Everything came as expected, charger, memory card and stylus. Upon the first boot, device showed a BIOS menu as if it was not finished being worked on. When trying to play a game, an error message would pop up and you'd have to restart the entire device. Not worth the wait or money.
