The product arrived with the original packaging, charging cable, additional eartips. Howvere, upon charging and trying to set up the earbuds, there was a constant red flashing light on the case. I tried taking the earbuds out and putting them back in and tried different charging cables band even tried wireless charging them but they would not charge and connecting to my device did not work at all.
