Well the PlayStation works fine but the controller that came with it has a problem the left trigger button does not work so it's hard to play any games that require the use of the left trigger button  so I only have one game I can play with the controller

When we got the PlayStation, everything looked great look brand new when we plugged it in is when the issues had started it wasn't recognizing the controllers. We would connect the controllers and they would disconnect randomly throughout gameplay contacted the people that we got it from and they've been amazing. They've been very helpful. We got the return sent off and hopefully we will be able to get an exchange.

It specifically said it would be refurbished and cleaned. it was not clean. the porch where you plug in the controllers and plug into the wall were rusty and very dirty. I wouldn't have mind the scratches and stuff like that because it did say in the descriptions that there may be scratches on it which is fine. but the fact that they said it would be cleaned and that it would work. when the buttons were stuck the buttons would not move. I couldn't even get them unstuck. they sent me a controller that's not even part of the PlayStation controllers. it was just a very poor experience and all. I was really excited for this and it was not good

It was delayed 3 days after purchase. You would think spending that kind of money your stuff should be on time!!!! 
Should have went thru Amazon it would have been here next day. 

Wal-Mart is a Joke

Turn on fine then went to try to download some games and it would give me an error code and no matter what I did  it still wouldn't work.  (Reset it, power it off, restore license, log out, made a new account. Literally everything)

When you insert disc, it will not let it load. It shows loading yet nothing loads. The Disc is Minecraft Legends DeLuxe Edition, purchased from Wal Mart as well.

Do Not Recommend Refurbished

This was given as a Christmas present for my grandson and it would not work. I am hoping Walmart will  exchange or refund my money. Won't buy refurbished again!

Thought it would be ok to buy a used ps4. i was wrong. after a couple times using it it won't connect to internet and freezes up. these people are criminals for the bad products they sell.

Will not connect to my TV. All it says is no signal is it on will not even load the main screen I have plugged in for HDMI input I've even gotten a new HDMI cord. Nothing will connect and it's not my TV because I just disconnected a PS5 and it worked PERFECTLY fine.
