I would have rated it 5/5 but the tv glitches every now and then.It's sporadic, infrequent but freezes sometimes. Regardless the visual quality is top notch, very crisp and clear with beautiful coloring. I wish now I made the move to QLED and 4K a long time ago. I also love the TCL has in built live channels, which is an extra bonus.
