The device that I received the iPad have voice control on it, and it was hard to set up. Want to get it activated please make sure you turn off the voice control to make it easier for your customers to navigate it into Activate the service.. and I'm a person that works for telecommunication company that deals with iPad on a day-to-day basis

This review that I'm gonna give is a honest review the iPad is great. Honestly, the iPad is great, but you can't do nothing on the iPad. Apple says the iPad is behind compatibility for the new update so you will not be able to download nothing you will not be able to FaceTime. You won't be able to do nothing no no go take her to Ava. This was for my son's birthday and we were excited to give it to him but it's not even letting us set an icloud account up for him so in turn we literally can do nothing on this tablet . Hoping to get this remedied .

I am unable to update to the latest iOS I figured with it being refurbished it would already be updated and now I'm unable to do so I cannot even download the most basic apps, including the Walmart app and or Amazon.

Sent the mini iPads back and never got a refund

cant do anything with this because its the first generation which cannot be updated to current versionor any higher the ios 9.3.5

I want to return it's out dated and you can't put anything on it's basically useless

I purchased a mini iPad and it wasn't in any of the description or information that it was not compatible for a Apple ID to be set up on it to be able to download any apps on it !!! I purchased it as a birthday gift for my nonverbal granddaughter that is autistic it was very disappointing!
