Mom set this up on her own for a queen size bed. Wanted extra safety/security when baby is napping on bed and parent is on the other side. Latch lets you bring the safety rail down easily, but we just keep it up at all times.

Much easier than larger size length that does not fold down.  Could not get larger unit that lays flat and then slides in under mattress to work.  This unit folds down for access and locks in upright position easily.

Great bed rail for ease of use .

The assembly instructions were not helpful. We had to figure out another way to get the cover over the bars because the it was not possible to do it according to the instructions. Once assembled it was easy to use and store.

Assembly issue but good product.

Baby kept crawling off the side of the bed no matter what we did to build a barrier to stop her. Bought this and she hasn't fallen off the bed since. No more bruised noggins!

Perfect.... I purchased this for my bed due to the fact that my 15 yr old chihauaus sleeps with me and has just recently started to get up in the middle of the night and walk right off the edge   Gives me great comfort to know she is now safe sleeping with me without the danger of falling.  She seems to understand it works as of the last couple of nights she lays again the mess.  Very sturdy... Great value.

Bed rail

I love love this rail!
I don't have kiddos but I do have two small dogs and a very tall bed that they love jumping off of.
One of them recently got a leg injury so we bought this rail to hopefully stop the jumping and truthfully I'm very happy to say that it has done the job and even helps to keep toys and my blankets on the bed.

Bought for my dog, wish I had thought of it sooner

I definitely did not realize there are 2 bed rails that come when you order this and I was extremely happy! Now, we did not purchase to keep anyone safe on the bed. We purchased these to train our now senior big dog to hopefully not jump on the bed without assistance. He's been having hip problems so I need him to not jump. Super easy to install on our Queen platform bed and minus the pitiful crying of our senior pitty at nighttime, this is working amazing!

great buy to stop my child from falling off the bed. only problem is the straps to secure, are not made for a custom toddler bed in mind.

It does the job of keeping child from falling out of bed, but it's a bit bulky for a temporary fix
 as I only use it when my Grandson spends the night. I would have preferred without the straps and just flat bars to go under the mattress. But this is great if you're keeping it up.

Serves the purpose of blocking. Can buy as it is priced compared to other expensive ones but if it could've the rods thinner, to go under mattress. Would've been better

1st off, I'd like to say that walmart customer care was impeccable when our 1st rail did not actually get delivered. They helped us get another one sent to us very quickly at no charge. Thanks walmart custmer care team! The rail is nice. Box came nicely. Settingnuonwas easy. HOWEVER, when tightening the straps, it doesn't lock the strap in place. It just gradually loosened more over night when my toddler bumps it. So there is alot of adjusting after each sleep.
