I purchased this chair about a month ago and its pretty good.  The back support and overall build of the chair is good.  The only reason it did not get all 5 stars is because the seat is so hard.  I had to get a cushion for it.  Other than that it was a good price on sale at $149.  $10 for the cushion and now its almost perfect.

Great back support and sturdiness

I would have gladly given the chair an excellent 5-star rating had the bolts for assembling the chair gone in as they should.  The bolt holes were not clean and caused to bolts to cross thread and one bolt hole will not take a bolt so it had to be left out.  I was careful to line the holes up and worked on almost all of them.  Chair is comfortable

Great Chair

It is well built, back is too straight, but you can lean back in a comfortable manner, lumbar and head pillow is a nice feature.

Nice Chair

I just brought a black/white one. I believe I've gotten a used item, the box within the box was damaged and there's spots on the chair that are yellow & stained. Other than that chair is comfy. 

I have bought the same chair in store (black/red) a couple weeks before this one and it was perfect. I've noticed within those weeks, the back of the chair became wobbly even with the lock on. Thats the only issue I have so far with long term.

Delivered stained.

I bought this chair as a gift for my fiancé for Christmas. Was delivered in a box with respawn and a picture of the chair on it.  Well fiancé gets home before me and now he knows what I got him for Christmas.  So if you want it to be s surprise get it sent somewhere else! Otherwise he loves the chair.

Breaking already.  Used less than a month and the arm rests are giving out.  Also the seat is not comfortable.  Don't buy any respawn chairs.

Uncomfortable and poor quality.

Not at all comfortable, seat did not tilt, I felt like it was going to tip over.

This chair is a piece of junk. The seat padding feels like concrete after about a month. The footrest broke in that same period. The screws in the arms won't stay tight.
