This is exactly what my doctor prescribed for me when I was recovering from broken ribs. I can highly recommend it to anyone trying to improve breathing

I made a good choice on it hoping glasses the tubing's not very it's flumsy but otherwise I did a good choice we were really amazed that it does Exhale and inhale

Helping my breathing

My husband got Covid-19 with pneumonia. A friend told us to get one of these to help exercise his lungs. I bought it and a pulse-ox meter and my husband started using both several times a day - tracking his progress. He could barely get the red ball up when he started. It served as a bit of a challenge and was good for him. When he got to the yellow ball, he really felt like he was progressing and it was encouraging and a motivator. When he was able to get to the green ball, it was like a celebration. We knew he was almost there. Both this and the pulse-ox were good to discuss with the doctor as well because he could see there was progress being made. I'd highly recommend.

Helped Recovering from Covid-19

This machine was so easy to use and helped me in healing my lungs after having Covid! I eventually could suck all three colored balls to the top of the machine! I am so excited to see my lungs improve! I highly recommend this product to help you heal your lungs too!

Helped with healing lungs!

I have asthma triggered by a number of things. I have fairly good lungs considering but I have had some difficulty in expelling air in the last few months. Also my lung volume has decreased.

I got this to improve my lungs and while it is to early to see results I can say it is easy to use and easy to clean/disinfected. No worries about it growing weird stuff or getting germs. With its ability to be taken apart and be cleaned and disinfected when I am done with it I could give it to my other family members who have asthma as well.

It is super easy to use. I found lots of YouTube videos for directions. The only thing that was a bit confusing was that other brands put the colored balls in a different order. Just look at the pictures here or at the white base on the inside to know which ones go where. It should be blue, yellow, red with the handle on the right and the tube on the left.

Easy to use and clean.

As a former smoker, I damaged my lungs. The Breather helped me expand my lung capacity so I no longer get breathless taking walks with my husband and I am able to wakeboard again! I can feel the difference all over as I am now breathing correctly (not shallow breathing) so I am getting more oxygen to my vital organs and brain. I am more alert and I am sleeping much better too! And bonus, my husband says that I am not really snoring anymore! I did not buy this for sleep apnea but it was a happy extra therapeutic benefit I learned about! Brilliantly intuitive device!!!

Excellent! Easy! Effective!

It really helps my breathing when I'm short of breath.I really recommend this one.

While there was nothing visibly wrong with the product.  The packaging was squashed so badly that it was relying on the product to hold the cardboard box in place.  There really should have been some type of packing material inside the box to protect the item.
