This is the 2nd one I've got that is wrong. It makes a good mattress topper. It says on the box it is 5 inches. The 1st one was almost 3 and this one was almost 4, NOT 5"

instruction says it can take 48 hours to reach full 5 inches. mine was 5 inches in 8 hours. very nice soft mattress and cover. It is made in Serbia. Very good quality.

Not a mattress

We purchased this when it was on rollback. It arrived after only 3 business days. Box was light enough that my 5 year old could drag it to his room. We opened the box, pulled the roll out, cut the thick laying vacuum sealed plastic, and immediately the mattress began to fluff. It feels amazing. I laid on it and surprisingly was amazing for the price. We have a temper-pedic bed so I never thought we would find one in comparison. I was wrong. This is a great “first” big boy bed for our youngest. You can wash the top layer by unzipping it. I will certainly reorder again for our guest room!!

Excellent Price for Excellent Quality

This foam mattress is firm but I let it sit on the bed out for 3 days on the frame and it didn't reach the 5 inches (only 4 inches).   It's very disappointing because this is being used for my grandson's room.  I will think twice when I purchase items online from Walmart.  Consumer BEWARE!

Rest Haven 5 Inch Gel Memory Foam Mattress isn't as advertised. It's definitely not 5 inches, rather it's almost 3 inches. So the “mattress” is being used as a top foam addition rather than a mattress. It is soft, but there's just not enough there to warrant being called a mattress. Definitely not worth the price that I paid for it.

Only about 3 inches- misadvertisement

I ordered this for twin 5 inch gel because it said it was plush, and it was.   It was extremely comfortable, unlike my other 2 mattresses from another vender which were too firm and required 3 inch toppers . The problem was they were cut incorrectly.  when I placed them on the beds i ordered one measured under 36 inches and the other was 37 inches.  The specs said 39 inches wide and the bed required that. Walmart offered to ship replacements but at this point with both being defective I am not taking a change and I ordered something double the price.  If you want to take a chance that this is a bad run, or size is not that important (maybe RV bunk?) I would recommend this because of the comfort, but I am out of patience.

Great comfort but width was not as promised

Was able to get a great deal on an adjustable base so purchased this mattress for my man sized teenage son. He loves it! The shipping was great it is exactly as described and he says very comfortable without breaking the bank! Definitely great for the price!

Good value for the price!

This is a comfortable mattress , some nights when my toddler needed a snuggle buddy I would go even at 38 weeks pregnant it was comfortable. It works perfectly on a bunk bed with the bars spaces 5in apart. It does squeak a little bit but nothing bad.
