Looks like brand new, works well, excellent price, came with charger cable, Walmart employee in the electronic department helped to set up / switching SIM from old to this new device free of charge, only thing missing was the instruction manual, but downloaded it from internet for free. Am very happy about my purchase. Highly recommend this product and Walmart, New Minas, NS, Canada.

The battery doesn't last after charging for a full 8 hours. It shuts off automatically. You have to manually power it back on. There are scrtaches on the back of it.
