I couldn't get it to work for me. I tried to sign in on it and it was used by someone else and it was supposed to be refurbished but it was not done ✅. And I want to replace it with one that hasn't been used, at all. So I'm very disappointed with it. And I had thrown the package away because I thought it was a new IPad.. I thought that I had reported it to you guys about it. And had bought another IPad and it was the taller version and it had not been refurbished either. So I'm not happy about it or the other one too. So please help me out with this problem I have. Thank you for your patience with me today.
