The iPad worked fantastic from start. There was not a single scratch or any way to tell this is a refurbished one. When I received it, it had nearly 11 months of warranty left—which was beyond my expectation. It's been nearly a month, it is running flawlessly. It was refurbished by Apple, not Walmart or any third party. I am not sure how they are giving it at such a lower price than anywhere else. Delivery was faster than the initial estimated date. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase! I think it's a good deal, even with the new iPad air 5 release.

P.S. The price seems to fluctuate once in a while. I would recommend checking the price for a few days and purchase when it drops.

The best deal in town!

Looked super new!

As far as I can tell, arrived in its original packaging with all the accessories. Looks brand new on close inspection. Everything looks great. One thing I noticed is warranty already started 4 months ago I look it up on Apple website. Looks like the trade-off for this refurbished iPad Air 64GB for $399 (instead of $500 for brand new when it goes on sale) is the existing warranty is less than a year old (about 8 months left; new devices tend to come with the usual 1-year warranty), I think I got a good deal from Walmart!

Good deal from Walmart

I usually never write reviews. Reading the negative reviews for this company had me a little uneasy from purchasing from them but knowing that Walmart values their customers I decided to take a chance.  First off this iPad works wonderfully and holds its charge for several days. It came in the original packaging wrapped in plastic and came with a charger. My daughter loves it.

Happy with my purchase

bought a “referibushed” that was severely damaged… took to the apple store and said it would be $420 to fix, we the issue had been there since AUGUST. Don't waste your time.

Don't buy

iPad gen 4

Product was in good shape BUT...  It was not in original packaging. Item was supposed to be Sky Blue but was Space Grey.  Model number in iOS reports it as Sky Blue. This tells me that the shell was replaced with one that was of the wrong color.  I am sure that would void any remaining Apple warranty that was on the product.  Returning.
